10 Dumbbell press

30 Overhead KB squats

15 Dumbbell press

50 Overhead KB squats

25 Dumbbell press

30 Overhead KB squats

15 Dumbbell press

20 Overhead KB squats

10 Dumbbell press

Use two 35 lbs dumbbells for the press, and a 50lb kettlebell for the squats.
